We adapt one of our signature itineraries — Flavour Caravan, Threadwild, or Nomara — around your chosen dates, interests, and creative pace. You’ll collaborate directly with our design team to refine the focus, flow, and tone of your adventure.
After your session, you’ll receive a two-page itinerary summary for a 10-day journey, complete with daily flow, accommodation suggestions, and transport guidance.

You can book directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred experience and date, complete the booking form, and pay your deposit securely online. We’ll confirm your booking and send you everything you need to prepare.
Yes — your happiness is our priority. If you complete the full tour and feel it didn’t live up to what we promised, let us know and we’ll refund you in full. (Please see our Booking & Cancellation Terms for details.)
- Cancel 60+ days before departure: 100% refund.
- Cancel 30–59 days before departure: 80% refund.
- Cancel less than 30 days before departure: No refund, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule where possible.
Your deposit is included in this policy — there are no hidden fees.
Yes — we offer flexible payment plans to help you budget for your adventure. Pay a deposit to secure your place, then split the remaining balance into two additional payments. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before departure.
Please note: If your tour starts within 30 days of booking, full payment will be required upfront and payment plans won’t be available.
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and any activities included in your tour.
